For Liv's class birthday treat: we made cupcakes... surprise. surprise. Plain vanilla sponge, with a sugar glaze icing. (1 cup icing sugar- to a few drops water, till you have a thick runny texture), spread it on the cupcakes and allow to harden -about 3 hours. Then give the kids awesome food colouring
felt markers from Wiltons and let them go wild. Oodles of fun. I found these pens in Jefferys Bay... haven't yet seen them locally... but I will keep you posted.
